By downloading or using Earn Pace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

Description of Service

Earn Pace is an income tracking application that helps users set and monitor progress toward annual income goals. The app provides features including income target setting, progress tracking, inflation adjustment, and optional Stripe integration.

Subscriptions

Earn Pace offers a subscription-based service. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store:

  • A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys you enter into the app
  • Ensuring the accuracy of any income data you manually enter
  • Backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data
  • Using the app in compliance with applicable laws

Inflation data is sourced from public government databases and may not reflect your personal cost of living changes. Use this feature as a general guide only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earn Pace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
